The objective of the Twenty20 PAN AFRICAN MUSIC ARTS FESTIVAL was themed then to celebrate Twenty (20) years of South Africa’s democracy, with 20 Musicians of Pan African origins and twenty hours of music to celebrate whom we are as South Africans and the people of Mpumalanga.

Our Objectives

* Is to put eMalahleni-Witbank on the map locally, regionally, Nationally and internationally as a world class music location by celebrating the diversity and equality of our Cultures Musicians Music Venues and Music Organisations.
* To increase commerce in our Town.
* Reduce crime and drug abuse in our Town within and between years over the festival months.
* To foster and promote a lifelong interest in Music as a basic human right experience.
* Encourage contributions from resources outside of the district where those contributions are standalone and do not replace majority financing from within the Nkangala district municipality area.
* To increase the number of out of town performing opportunities for our district’s musicians.
* Encourage an increase in the number of regular music performances in our district by increasing the frequency of performances in existing venues and number of venues that put on regular music performances.
